The Coastal Practice team members are highly-trained, accredited counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists with a wide range of experience and expertise.

We offer a safe, secure space where you can identify and work through your problems, challenges and difficult feelings, helping you to put your mind at rest and make life feel smoother and more rewarding.

Alternatively, you might feel that life is OK but you have a suspicion it could be even better. In that case we might be able to help you take steps towards thriving rather than simply surviving.

Joining us as a practitioner

The Coastal Practice is a stone’s throw from Hengistbury Head and offers four comfortable rooms in a safe; peaceful setting. All rooms in the main building are accessible for wheelchairs.

Outside, there is also up to two hours free parking outside the practice for your clients.
