About Claire

Claire is an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a  Certified Transactional Analyst (EATA/IARTA). Accredited by the UKCP and a registered member of the BACP.  She works with individuals, couples, and groups, in a safe and confidential environment. Claire works relationally within a Transactional Analysis framework enabling each client to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The patterns that emerge will give the client an insight into their internal processes allowing each client the agency and power to begin to resolve deep rooted issues leading to physical, emotional and mental healing.

Claire believes every individual is unique and every relationship is unique, and this must be treated holistically and with care. Claire will seek to form a therapeutic relationship with you as the success of therapy is dependent on this mutual bond leading to a transformative experience.

Claire offers short- and long-term counselling.
