About Jess

Jess is a Clinical Psychologist who uses an integrative approach in her clinical work, drawing on principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). During sessions she aims to create a safe space for you to reflect, build on your strengths and enhance skills for nurturing your own wellbeing. This will be done collaboratively, compassionately and at a pace you feel comfortable with.
