Kasia works with children, young people and adults, providing 1-1 cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).
She also implements elements of dialectical-behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

About Kasia
Kasia is a chartered psychologist registered in three modalities (counselling, clinical and educational) and a chartered member of the BPS (British Psychological Society). She currently works as a lead psychologist for an Autism Spectrum assessment centre. She is experienced and passionate in providing therapy for mood disorders, depression, anxiety and trauma as well as other complex presentations. In addition, she specialises in providing psychological assessments.

Experience
Kasia has broad range of experience working in both the public and private sectors including the NHS, local authorities, schools and charitable foundations.

She has worked as a clinical lead in charge of implementing a Trauma Recovery Model for a specialist CAMHS service. She has also worked in hospital settings, supporting the most vulnerable young people and adults. Kasia is trained in providing therapy as well as a range of specialist assessments.

More recently Kasia became the chairperson for the board of trustees for a charitable foundation, The Listening Ear, that provides therapeutic support for children and young people.

  • MSc in Psychology (CBT and TF-CBT)
  • MA in Philosophy (Ethics)
  • EMDR level 1 (undergoing level 2 and 3)
