About Zoe

Zoe offers a safe, confidential, accepting and non-judgemental space for you to express uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and struggles that you may be having. She believes that everyone experiences their environment, relationships and the world differently.

Whether you are experiencing relational difficulties, feeling anxious, depressed or just struggling at the moment, counselling can be an opportunity to explore the emotional difficulties you may be experiencing, giving you space to try to understand why you’re feeling what you’re feeling, and start to know and understand yourself in a different way.

Experience

Zoe has worked in the wellness industry for the past 15 years. She has also volunteered for a local charity that supports families with children under 5 years.

She has experience of working with young people in a therapeutic role within schools.
